		<description>Hi Hooper. There are hundreds of ways to play over this scale and as you rightly said the Bb major bebop could work over this progression as it targets that Db note you mentioned. I never really liked using bebop scales much but many other people love them. I guess it comes down to personal choice. I always recommend using an arpeggio based approach for best results as it allows you to clearly outline the harmony of a progression but there is nothing wrong with adding some Bbmaj bebop over the V chord in this case. 

Play around with different approaches and see which ones sound best to your ears.
